Dreams are another tool to help one receive messages or information from your higher self, your guides, or from the astral plane.  Dreams can be messages created in an image and metaphor with an interpretation of an insight. Here are some examples of going through the interpation process with John UK,our Guide.

Overview of the Dream
Rob was in an office setting and the people were bringing out an aircraft from storage.  The airplane was brought down the hall. The walls in the hall were salmon color and plane was white with orange stripes.  The hall was narrow and he realized the planes wings would need to be attached later.  Rob noticed the tail had an enclosed sundeck where passengers could walk to get a view.  He thought this was unusual but was told this was a standard feature of this aircraft.

Interpretation Process

Guide:  Your mind recalls the color.  Do you see any significance in the color?
Us:       2nd chakra           

Guide:   What are planes used for?
Us:       To travel or fly.           

Guide:  And was the plane complete?
Us:       No           

Guide:    Your training is not complete but you also are working on expanding it even though you are now in a narrow range of insight, such as the room was in which you saw the plane.  Also, note that the plane was not new but had been in storage.  What significance is this?  That you have always had an ability to travel but was latent or unnoticed.  Or in other words, in storage.           

Guide:  What do you suppose the rear viewing compartment refers to?
Us:       Don’t know.

Guide:     Rob looks backwards due to being an older soul. It is in his lifes experiences as to what BQ is to gain insight into.  Therefore in a sense, you do view your past more than your future right now.

Insight or Message from the Dream

Us:    What is the insight?

Guide: That you’re on the right path.

Example of a Future Sensing Dream
Some dreams may be a “future sensing” dream.  This means that the dream may be related to the future and be guiding you to prepare for something in the future. 

Example:
A woman from Wyoming’s Governors Commission was asked to come to Utah to head “something”.  I didn’t know the position was open, nor that there was a position.  This woman was very self assured and I respected her.  After her meeting I asked to take her around to see SLC.  She suggested a place for coffee, one that I had never heard of before.  She seemed to know SLC better than I, and yet I lived there. 

The Evaluation Process of the Dream:
Guide:  The woman in the dream, did you identify more with her or desire her abilities?
Me:      I admired her abilities

Guide:  But you felt a kindred relationship with her, in other words, you felt that she was working toward the same goals as you?
Me:      Yes

Guide:  And you identified with her goals and desires?
Me:      Yes

Guide:  She was here for a job you had not heard of, correct?
Me:      Yes

Guide:  And you are in a position that you would have heard or known of positions that are open if indeed there was a position opened?
Me:      Yes

Guide:  You feel this is an important or signification dream?
Me:      Yes

Guide:  Is this feeling of meaning similar to other feelings or is there a slight difference?
Me:      This one feels slightly different from other significant dreams.

Guide:  This dream is a future sensing dream and is telling you a future.   This is how to recognize a future sensing dream:

• Was the dream different? 
• Was it strongly significant? 
• Was it strangely or subtly different from other dreams?

A future sensing dream is not as strong in the present as a "real dream".
Also, the fact that you do not know of such a position, and have not heard of such, and you are in a position that would have known about this position, suggests the dream is connected to the future.

Interpretation:
It is your future self telling your present self that you should prepare for the future by getting to know the pulse of the city.  In other words, understand how the city government works.

Insight: 
The lesson to be learned is the difference of feeling or focus a future sensing dream has.  By identifying the type of focus, whether a normal dream or future sensing dream, this gives on a beginning point from which to interpret the dream.

A real dream is a dream that has a significant meaning or message.  They are generated from the subconscious and soul level.  You may think of them as internal dreams.  They may show you the future but is based upon your desires, therefore your subconscious is communicating with your conscious through these dreams and communicating with your conscious through these dreams and relaying an important message. 

Regular dreams of which there is no significance are generated by your conscious mind reviewing and unloading information generated in the recent past or experiences remembered from the distant past.

Futures sensing dreams are directed by your guide through your higher self.  Do not think of future sensing dreams as real dreams. 

Example of Interpreting a Warning Dream

This dream was about running for public office.  I really was not seeking office but I was running.  A rumor campaign was launched and I lost the election.  I was rather surprised.  I was later walking up a hill and passed by houses that were empty and run down, like skulls, and impossible to repair.

Review of the dream:

Guide:  Were you seeking public office?
Me:      In a way, yes, but not really. 

Guide: Your point of view was be chosen, even though you weren’t seeking office, it was your ideas that were being evaluated?
Me:      Yes

Guide:  Rumors are started by those who may be well intended and even friends but interpretation and error in judgment by the masses will result may result from well meaning but erroneous words spoken by those who think they understand.

Guide:  The drive up the hill to the houses, dying houses trying to be repaired?
Me:      Yes

Guide:  These are missions that were not ready to be exposed to popular support.  You can see the difficulty in repairing the damage once a label has been given. 

The Interpretation:  

The interpretation is that one should work quietly and independently of others so they can control their destiny.  If you allow even the best intention to help or to understand, then you may suffer the result of unpopular exposure.

The Insight:

This is a warning dream.  It is better to be warned before rather than later. 

Astral Travel Dream

Your dreams will broaden as your astral travel experiences increase.  New insights and wisdom and understanding of past and future will increase through your dreams.  The mental mind accepts information, especially details, better through the dream state.  You obtain information on the astral level much like a computer does, in large batches very quickly.  And mostly raw data.  It takes a period of time for the mind to first comprehend and then visualize this data, for as the energy body receives it there is no visualization that accompanies it.  Simply the way knowledge is passed by the knowing process.  You simply know the information without experiencing or visualizing it.   The mental mind, however, can not put this to use unless it places some reference to it in the physical plane.  So it creates visualizations and experiences that allow the information to become useful.  This is why there is a time lag.

It may become possible that the understanding of the information can be instantaneous with much experience or if the travel experience was uniquely strong or unusual.   If travel as unexpected or unprepared for, the mind may simply ignore the experience or may create some story to try to understand it which may be a complete fabrication.  In other words, you travel and create a visualization which is unuseful.

Me:      When I awoke I had a memory and a feeling of slipperiness or no friction.  It felt glossy, like a book.  The other sensation I had was of bright speckles.

Guide: when one travels there is spirit or the energy body and it is of course traveling to the astral level as in flight.  But the sensation of being slippery or passing smoothly through this physical plane is common as well.  This is the sensation of the spirit body as it progresses to the astral level.

Guide: This feeling of slipperiness is not the physical sensations that you may suppose for the energy body and the physical plane are on different levels.  The analogy of your physical body immersed inn water and that feeling of weightlessness and yet passing through a medium is appropriate.  True, you may feel weightless, but also as your mind becomes more accepting and your recall better, different sensations will stand out at different times.  On this occasion it was your recall of the passage through the astral level.  The same as perhaps passing through water.

Guide: Now, the speckles represent fragments and their energy or their points of light that they radiate. 

Example of Two People Sharing a Dream
This is an example of 2 people sharing the same dream, but different sections of the same dream.  The details do not necessarily coincide but the general ideas do.

Rob:     We were preparing for a camping event in the western desert, I noticed water running down the gully and I investigated it and there was water running out of the tap into the stairwell of the garage.  The stairwell was full.  The front driveway was flooded and running into the street.  I didn’t go into the house but I could tell its full of water.  This did not bother me, however.  It was an every day occurrence.  We then loaded up the car and drove to the camp spot.  The car was orange. 

Me:      There was a flood in the basement at my maternal home.  The water turned white.  We were waiting for the bus on a curbside; mostly women and children.  The bus came.  It was a triple decker bus.  We arrived at the camp.  I was then at a board meeting at the camp and left the board meeting to back to be with the others in the camp.  I went back to the board meeting to see what was taking them so long.  I found them coming down the hill. I was then helping to pick up garbage.  I then met a colleague from work with her husband.  The strange thing was that they looked like they were twins.

Rob:     Once we were on the road and going across the desert, the road became very poor and eventually dirt until we came to a ranch house in the middle of a flat sage brush desert.  It was a very nice an exceptionally kept plush building with many people around; most of them were women.  The few men there were helping to unload or package items or looking through trees.  I noticed that on the other side of the ranch was another and better road.  I then noticed the house was close to a city.   We were going to drive over there, but decided to shower and get cleaned up before leaving.  I was the only male there and at first was embarrassed. After awhile I became less uncomfortable and after the shower got back in the car and drove off to the mountains.  I never did get to the camp.

Guide:  Rob, after you left the ranch did you travel in your car?
Rob:     The car changed into a bus.  It was a different vehicle. It was bigger.  I was not driving.

Guide:  B, what was the color of your triple decker bus?
Me:      Don’t know.

Guide:  Rob, when you discovered the water, did you go in?
Rob:     No

Guide: Although both houses were different in each of your dreams, they are similar in that they were former residences of both.  So, the process that happens here is that B is investigating the occurrence from the inside, while Rob investigates it from the outside, and both come to the same conclusion.

Guide:  Now, both were waiting for a bus.  However, in Rob’s dream you both departed the water scene which B does not remember.  B simply started the bus travel at the curb.  However, Rob left the water and you both traveled to a 2nd house location, unfamiliar to you both.  Where you then both joined the bus and continued on the journey in B’s dream to the camp.
So in these series of dreams, there are touching points or locations where they cross.  The first of course is the water and house.  After that, Rob takes over until the ranch location is met.  As he indicated, it was a very nice home and not a city location.  Similar to what B indicated.  After events which took place at this location, B’s dream takes over and you both continue your way again.

Guide:  Now, both were waiting for a bus.  However, in Rob’s dream you both departed the water scene  which you, B, do not remember; you simploy started the bus travel at the curb.  However, Rob left the water and you both traveld to a 2nd house location, unfamiliar to you both.  Where you then both joined the bus and continued on the journey in B’s dream, to the camp.  So in these series of dreams, there are touching points or locations where they cross.  The first of course is the water and house.  After that, then rob takes over until the Ranch location is met.  As he indicated, it was a very nice location and he noticed it was close to the center of a big city.  But not a city location.  Similar to what B indicated.  After events which took place at this location, B’s dream takes over and you both continue on your way again. 

It is all one dream.  You each take part of the story.  He takes a part of the story and together they produce the whole.

Guide: Let me tell the whole dream.  The dream starts when you are invited to a camp where B will have a significant role or position.  However, as you are leaving your home you discover water running down the street and upon further investigation you surmise that there is water inside the house.  You then go inside the house and yes, there is water.  But upon further investigation the water has turned white.  By this time it is necessary to leave to join the group.  So you travel I your orange car to the meeting place which is a location on the edge of town that is where all those traveling to the camp are organizing their materials.  After final preparations you then board the larger bus and travel to camp where B then needs to find the chief directors to take upon herself the responsibilities that are hers.  She then finds these people and discovers certain aspects about them. 

Notice that Rob started the dream.  He knew the bus was coming before the house was flooded.  B discovered the white water and Rob saw or participated in the preparations more so then B, but B took part more of the organizational parts. 

Interpretation:
Each part of the dream is divided according to each person’s role in the relationship.  Rob discovers the water but B discovers the significance.  Rob makes or participates in the preparations and B fulfills their purposes. 

The water of course represents the 7th chakra; telepathy.  Why the water was in the basement is not important.  But the concept of water is obviously important as it was in both of your dreams. 

Now, the going to a camp location was a gathering place for people of similar goals and values.  B assumed her role of leader.  Picking up the garbage was representative of dispelling false notions and correcting false information or concepts.

Insight:
This was a travel experience recalled in a dream.  The experience took place on the astral level and your mind is recalling and visualizing it.  It is a shared telepathy experience where your minds shared the information.

The reason I started on this new spiritual journey was in large part due to a dream from my personal guide, giving me a message about ESP.
