My journey with spiritual energy began with a very poignant and significant dream. In the dream was a display of HUGE letters spelling out the letters ESP. It filled the canvas of my mind and literally woke me up. The only thing I could think it meant was “Extra Sensory Projection”.

In the morning I went to the bookstore and bought a book titled “ESP” by Jane Roberts. Chapter one of her book says to get a Ouija Board and a partner.

My first reaction was, "you’ve got to be kidding". My next thought was that I knew this was a significant dream and I told myself I would be open to explore different ways of doing things. So I went to Toys-R-Us and bought a Ouija Board.

I brought home the "ESP" game and hid it in the closet. I was actually embarrassed.

Later, when I was alone, I got out the Ouija board and tried it alone. Nothing happened. The book did say I needed a partner. So I asked my husband if he would help me. Again, I was flooded with embarrassment but, he surprised me and was pleased I needed his help and asked.

My husband and I went to the den and got out the ESP book by Jane Roberts and followed the instructions. We breathed deeply and tried to relax. We each placed one hand on the stylus and waited. Nothing happened. We decided to relocate to a different room that we hoped may be more comfortable and started again.

After about 20 minutes, the stylus started to move.

I said “are you moving it”? My husband said, “No, are you?”

Neither of us were moving the stylus over the board but it was clearly slowly moving and pausing at certain letters, spelling out “HELLO”.N

"Who are you?", I asked.

“JOHN UK” it spelled out.

“JOHN UK?” I asked.

“United Kingdom” was spelled out on the Ouija board..

The conversation and words being spelled out continued and explained that we were talking to a person who was in spirit, had died, and had previously used the name of John. This person had last lived in the United Kingdom, or the UK, and so he used that in his name to identify himself from other John's. He went on to explain he had been a friend of ours in our last lives but had not reincarnated as we had. He stayed behind so he could become a guide and teacher to us in this physical life experience.

And so the door opened on a new journey, learning about spiritual communication, spiritual energy, and how we can tap into this resource to help us in our life.
