There are several levels of conclusions about personalities. People are not one dimensional but generally have multiple facets. These multiple facets can change with time or in different situations. In other words, one person may be trustworthy in one situation and not in another. As you gain experience with interpreting these feelings or intuitive insights, you will be able to recognize the aspects of the personality and how they relate to each situation.
Many people have learned to project a false sense of security. These people are often considered con artists. They have learned through experience they can project to others, feelings of confidence. In other words, they can project a different personality than their true nature. The personality is a fabrication. So when you are engaged and using the spiritual gift of personality sensing, one needs to overlook what is apparent and seek that which is underlying. Do not react to your first impression. For example, in a first encounter with a person, you may see this person as disorganized or uncertain, but after the experience, you will start to get a feeling, such as distrust. The feeling of distrust is more important than the feeling of being disorganized. It is the uneasy feeling which alerts you to be cautious.
Personality sensing is not necessarily an immediate ability but requires time to analyze and reflect. It is a gift to help you determine the real person behind the mask. The gift helps alert you when and if to use caution.
