Before You Go To Sleep
Before you go to sleep, tell yourself you want to remember your dreams. This will alert your mind to pay attention and to bring back images, feelings, impressions, and details. Over time, your ability to bring back details of your dreams will improve.
When You're Starting to Wake Up
Next, when you are starting to wake up, there are moments when you are "in between" sleep and being awake. Use this time to initiate your thoughts to start the recall process. Much of the recall can become engaged in this "in between" time between sleep and wakefulness.
Record Your Dreams
Another helpful process is to record your dream as well as your feelings about the dream. Eventually you will start to remember more and more details from your dream.
Interpreting Your Dream
The ability to interpret dreams is a spiritual gift. This spiritual gift is associated with the energy with the fifth chakra, so using tools to create and refine the energy of the 5th chakra can help provide the energy to develop this spiritual gift. In addition to spiritual energy, learning to remember and recall your dreams will help provide you with the opportunity to practice the dream interpretation process. Eventually you will develop the energy, skills, and gift to have this type of communication process often used by the astral plane. You will start to receive more and more messages in dreams, which may come from your Spiritual Guide, your Higher Self, or even other beings from nonphysical planes.
