Meditation

Meditation is a spiritual development tool available to help you expand and nurture your spiritual energy, discover new concepts, and recall astral travels.

Meditation also provides a method to inspect your mind and body. It is aso a way to improve the energy flow of your chakras.

Meditation is a method where you relax and follow a process where you let your mind connect to spiritual energy and forces. Meditation can be engaged anywhere and at anytime, but the most benefits can be received if you engage in medatation pactices in a certain schedule that works for you. Why? Because not only your body conforms to the request of the meditation, but also your Higher Self and your Spiritual Guides become available in that time frame you have set aside for meditation.

How do you Meditate?

There are many different types of meditaiton. You have the opportunity to select and choose what method works for you. Do what you feel is comfortable. You should not feel constrained. If you don't like the process, change it. Meditation techniques are personal. It is essentially your time to connect with your spiritual resources.

The important thing about meditation is to feel comfortable and not constrain or forced. Do what feels right.

Question:         Is there a specific order to follow in the meditation? 
Answer:           No, but as you practice aspects, do not abandon one type of meditation and concentrate on another for you will become unbalanced in your approach and therefore receive unsatisfactory results.
