Managing Your Feelings

Feelings are one of the ways your spiritual self communicates to your physical self. Sometimes you have feelings that are unwanted.

How can you manage those types of feelings?

Negative or sad feelings can be an indication of a low spiritual energy.  It is most likely a sign that you have a need more consistency in using the methods and tools available to transform, create, and maintain your spiritual energy. Those methods are

From these methods, sex is the tool that is best to create spiritual energy reserves. Sex is associated with creation of all energy so it is this method that is the best source to rebuild your energy reserves.

The next best tool available to help your spiritual energy reserves is meditation

Having regular sexual and/or regular mediation is important to keep your spiritual feelings from getting low.

Consistency allows a slow but steady increase, a building if you will, of the spiritual reserves that cannot be obtained by a fast or quick solution.  The thing to remember is to be consistent or regular and not be concerned about how you are doing.  But to be focused generally in the direction you wish.  Your meditations should be more focused on travel and memory.  This will help your memory during travel episodes.

Ridding Yourself of Unwanted Feelings

To rid yourself of old and unwanted feelings, the best method is to not allowing them attention. Attention will use your energy. Not allowing any attention to the negativefeeling and thoughts will allow the thought and the energy to diminish and fade.
