The reason we want to learn about spiritual energy and how to create and use it, is because spiritual energy can improve the outcomes in our life.  Spiritual energy can improve our ability to 

• receive spiritual communication
  
• have more spiritual experiences
  
• develop spiritual gifts
  
• becomes spiritually transformed 

Receiving Spiritual Messages
Being able to tune in and receive spiritual messages is often the first step of spiritual empowerment.  Because spiritual communication requires spiritual energy to send the message, and also requires you being to receive and interpret the message, you will need to

• make sure you have enough spiritual energy
• make sure the energy you have is the kind (type & frequency) of spiritual energy that works for you (your aligned with)
• you become more sensitive to receiving messages 
• learn how to interpret the message 

There are different types of spiritual communication and different spiritual energy frequencies.  If you don't have enough spiritual energy, or it is not the right kind, or you are not tuned in, you won't get this message.  If you are not sensitive to the type of energy, the message may not even be received.  If you are too busy, or not paying attention, you may not get the message, either.  And sometimes, you get the message, but you may not understand it (such as with dreams).   

Types of Spiritual Communication 
Spiritual communication initially will rely on one or more of your five senses; touch, sight, hearing, smell, taste, with the most frequently used form being touch 

• getting chills, goosies, or tingles 
• scent or taste of something that has no reason to be there
• attestations (seeing spiritual images, such as Spiritual Guides)
• hearing a sound (sometimes an alarm), a voice, or music in your mind

As you start to improve your ability to receive and interpret these spiritual messages, you will start to have more spiritual experiences.  There will be efforts made to try new types of spiritual communications as a way of being able to communicate more broadly and deeply. 

Spiritual Experiences
Spiritual experiences may be an expanded form of spiritual communication or may be a an expansion of spiritual energy.   These types of spiritual experiences require more spiritual energy and being more sensitive to that energy, such as

• channeling message or receiving more lengthy messages

• experiencing a kundalini 
• "knowing" something to your very core
• ease in making decisions you know are right for you 
• unexplained joy and pleasure 
• a sense of love that fills your total body, mind, and soul 
• feeling harmony and peace, wellness and contentment 

These are but a few of the spiritual experiences available to all.  

Spiritual Gifts 
The development of spiritual gifts requires more time, focus, sensitivity, and dedication.  The development of spiritual gifts are related to the ability to direct and focus using spiritual energy for different purposes.  In this phase of using spiritual energy, you become not so much the receiver of spiritual energy acting upon you, but you become the "partner-participant" in the energy.  You can now start to direct and use different spiritual energy frequencies for specific purposes. These spiritual gifts are based on different energy frequencies, patterns, light, sound, and thus are often associated with the different chakras of the energy body. Here are the spiritual gifts starting with the chakras

First Chakra
The first chakra is the energy of sensing; sensing people, their essence, sensing the spiritual points of the earth.  The spiritual gift is personality sensing and is how one feels the presence of another person, either living or deceased.  It is also relates to sensing the earths energy, hearts, and conduits.

Second Chakra
The second chakra energy is related to creative energy and the spiritual gift is related to truth sensing.  This spiritual gift is about understanding.  It is about recognizing, sensing, and understanding truth.  

Third Chakra
The third chakra is associated with emotional energy and the spiritual gift relates to future sensing and past regression.  This spiritual gift is about knowing time; being able to travel and sense the past as well as sense the future. 

Fourth Chakra
The fourth chakra is related to the energy of love and balance and the spiritual gift is command projection.  This is the ability to project and focus the direction of spiritual energy.  This can be used to influence change, as long as it is centered in love.

Fifth Chakra 
The fifth chakra is associated with the energy of communication.  The spiritual gift relates to the interpretation of dreams.  This is the spiritual gift to understand and interpret significant dreams which are often spiritual messages.

Sixth Chakra
The sixth chakra is related to knowledge and the spiritual gift is associated with travel to different levels of the Tao. Astral travel is associated with traveling to meet your Higher Self, other spiritual beings, such as your Spiritual Guide and gaining knowledge through these astral travel experiences.

Seventh Chakra
The seventh chakra energy is about integration and connection.  The spiritual gift relates to communing directly with these different energies.  The spiritual gift of the seventh chakra is telepathy.

If you develop one spiritual gift and are satisfied, then that is sufficient.  If you develop no gifts, that is sufficient.  If you develop all gifts, that is sufficient, too.  Everything is based on choice; your choice.

Spiritual Alchemy
Spiritual alchemy is what some call enlightenment.  It is the time when your spiritual energy becomes transformed and changed into a new type of energy.  It is called spiritual transformation or spiritual alchemy.
