1st Chakra Position
The primary first position is oral sex on the female. This position is where the male uses his tongue on the female's clitoris to excite her. The secondary position refers to having the female use her tongue on the male genitalia (the penis and the testicles) to excite the male.
2nd Chakra Position
With the woman lying beside the male or face up on top of the male, he can gently caress the genital area and stroke softly her whole body. As he feels the vulva enlarge or become sexually stimulated he can gently caress or digitally stimulate the clitoris. The male and female work together on this so that the woman can direct the male in what she personally feels is desirable. The underlining emphasis is that the female can become sexually stimulated through this activity if she feels comfortable and accepts it. This position corresponding with the sexual organs is designed to arouse or increase them, thereby allowing the chakra point to become activated through the use of this position, sexuality is improved and creativity is as well. You will note that once sexual stimulation has begun that your creativity in how to increase the sexual pleasure also increases.
3rd Chakra Position
Position 3 is where the male can use his penis and also digitally caress the clitoris. It is somewhat difficult to describe. There are two different techniques; the first is the female lays on her side with her legs bent at the hips. The male, with an erect penis, then enters the vagina by sliding in close to her buttocks. This allows the penis to enter partly into the vagina but by spreading her knees, he also can reach and caress the clitoris. The concept behind this position is a transition from the oral and manual manipulation to the use of the penis as well. The other aspect of the position is that she lays face up directly on top of him and his penis and can then enter the vagina. However, this is not as satisfactory as the first, for the penis does not enter the vagina at a comfortable angel. But then as with all sexual positions, these can be modified so to fit your particular desires and circumstances.
4th Chakra Position
This position is the neutral position. It is designed to allow your love to increase between two people. It also allows you to increase your love for others. When you are angry at others, this is the position to calm yourself with. Also, this allows you to be able to understand and accept others.
The position is on your sides facing each other. The female has her legs slightly apart, his bottom leg parallels hers, but the top is between. She may rest slightly on her side and the male will be slightly on top. But this is not a male dominant position. She should be able to control the experience as well as he.
The basic idea here is that both have control. As you experiment and learn you fine tune these positions to what feels and works best for you.
5th Chakra Position
This is the position that corresponds with communication. When it is desired that communicative skills be improved, this position is usually indicated. The male can sit upright with a pillow beneath him. Of course, he has an erection. The female then sits on top of the penis, slightly spreading her knees apart. In the ancient traditions a special chair or bench is sometimes used. One that allows the male to lean slightly back, but narrow enough for the female to straddle and close enough to the ground so that she has sexual control. In a bed, pillows can be used to achieve the results. The female should be able to feel comfortable and feel the man’s penis inside as well as the clitoris being stimulated. The position allows the male to hold the female closer to him if required by the female. It is the female that should direct the activity in all these sexual positions.
6th Chakra Position
The female straddles the male while he lays prone. She can have his penis enter her as well as have her clitoris stimulated. He can either support her or hold her close as she desires. This is the position associated with the minds eye, the position that seeks understanding and insight, therefore the position most associated with travel.
7th Chakra Position
The male is prone and the female lays on top of him also prone. The male should spread his knees slightly apart and she can raise them slightly toward the top of the bed. Again, it is the female who directs the activity. This allows more fully the contact of the body and also allows the souls of the two to come more in contact with each other. This allows the 7th chakra to become more activated, allowing greater insight into the Tao, or in other words, a greater spiritual boost.
You will note that for positions 5,6,7 that the female starts at a higher elevation and becomes more prone with each position. There is some significance to this; that of the ability to bond with the others soul. In communication, you desire that the energy be directed more completely to your desired needs. In astral travel, of course, it is desired that you both experience the travel. In the 7th position, both male and female are allowed to bond not only with themselves but with the Tao. There are no corresponding similarities for position 1, 2, 3. They are designed to allow the female to become sexually excited.
