A thought of inspiration, where all at once things seem clear, this is an intuitive thought or feeling. Thoughts which clarify and seem to provide answers that are clear are intuitive thoughts. These are the strongest type, but perhaps the least frequent. The most common thoughts, but perhaps the most difficult to understand, are hunches or feelings; they are impressions.
How do you validate correct hunches?
You try them out. By doing so your experience will further your receptive nature to these thoughts will increase in the future.
Between intuitive thoughts and hunches are a whole spectrums of thoughts. Intuitive thoughts are where you allow your thoughts to come freely to your mind from outside spiritual sources. Who are these spiritual sources? They can be from your Higher Self or from your Spiritual Guide. Your Higher Self will obviously know what you want and therefore can assist your Spiritual Guide.
How do you know if a true intuitive thought has been obtained?
There will be more intuitive thoughts to clarify the subject. Simply allow them to come. The thoughts will build and create a mental picture, which is called insight. Once this is complete, you may wish to record the thought.
Do not be upset or discouraged if you can not capture the thought eloquently as presented, for you should only try to capture the essence or the core insight. If you try to capture the total thought process, your mind will become activated and then block the transmission of the intuitive feeling.
